Brooke Citrano, VP Corporate Development

Mrs. Brooke Citrano is a highly successful 20+ year Business Development and Program Management professional in the Defense and Intelligence Community. 

Prior to joining Corvus, Mrs. Citrano worked as an Independent Consultant, building and executing market penetration plans for several small businesses into the Defense and Intelligence Community. In this role, she created, implemented, and trained tailored business development (full life-cycle) processes, procedures, checklists, tools & templates for multiple small/medium Defense Contractors. She established and managed various Business Development/Sales Teams. She created an organizational IDIQ Program Management Office (PMO) to manage a multiple award Billion Dollar IDIQ, to include management of over several sub-contractors. She provided executive level capture management, win theme & discriminator development, competitive assessments, and color team reviews to Fortune 50, 500, mid-size and small businesses for numerous Federal and Commercial proposals with a geographic range throughout the U.S., Southwest Asia, Latin America, Europe, and the Pacific Region. Mrs. Citrano successfully led the capture, bid, price-to-win, and proposal phases for over $9B in contract awards.


Mrs. Citrano additionally worked as the Southeast Regional Vice President, Business Development for Shipley Associates, capturing new business and managing full lifecycle business development engagements throughout her geographic area. Mrs. Citrano served in the role of Vice President at Kforce Government Solutions (KGS), capturing and executing new Information Technology programs from opportunity identification, capture management, pricing strategy, proposal development and submission, and program delivery.

Mrs. Citrano spent 13 years with General Dynamics Information Technology, directly supporting U.S. Naval Satellite Operations Command (NAVSOC) and then U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) before a series of upward promotions leading to her role as Southern Region Senior Program Manager. In this role, Mrs. Citrano oversaw DoD and Intelligence Community Information Technology contracts throughout the Southeastern United States, Southwest Asia, and Latin America, with P&L responsibility for over $75M annually. Mrs. Citrano’s experience and background will be a great asset to the Corvus team in expanding our business.
